Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the OneSAM AI Gateway and any related products, websites, dashboards, APIs and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by:

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking "I agree", you ("Customer") accept these Terms and enter into a binding agreement with OneSAM s.r.o. If you enter into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

OneSAM AI Gateway is a governance layer that routes requests from end users and applications to third-party AI model providers, enforces organizational policies (cost, routing, data protection), and provides logging and analytics.

Some features rely on third-party AI providers. Availability, quality and pricing of individual models depend on those providers and may change without notice.

The Service is intended for use by legal entities and professionals. Customer is responsible for all activity under its account and must keep credentials confidential. Customer must promptly notify OneSAM of any unauthorized access.

Customer must not, and must not allow any user to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of third parties;
• send content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or circumvent security or usage controls of the Service;
• use the Service to build a competing product;
• submit personal data of individuals without a lawful basis or the required notices.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by Customer. Usage-based fees (e.g. per request, per token) are billed in arrears. All fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. Late payments may be subject to statutory interest and suspension of the Service.

These Terms remain in effect for the duration of Customer's use of the Service. Either party may terminate a subscription at the end of the then-current billing period. OneSAM may suspend or terminate the Service immediately in case of material breach, non-payment, or a risk to security or lawful operation.

Customer retains all rights to data it submits to the Service ("Customer Data"). OneSAM processes Customer Data only to provide the Service and in accordance with the Data Privacy Agreement. Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the same degree of care it uses for its own.

When Customer routes a request through the Service to a third-party provider, that provider's terms and privacy notice apply to the processing performed by that provider. OneSAM is not responsible for the content, availability or accuracy of third-party outputs.

OneSAM and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, dashboards, documentation and trademarks. Customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the term of the subscription.

The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. OneSAM does not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. Customer is responsible for validating outputs before using them for consequential decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Each party's total aggregate liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees paid by Customer to OneSAM in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

OneSAM may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in advance by e-mail or in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the Czech Republic, with local jurisdiction of the court competent for the seat of OneSAM s.r.o., have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
